        When it comes to their equipment they will only bandaid it to save a dollar. Although if they have to be concerned about their employees vs their equipment (work trucks) equipment out weighs the employees. Instead of buying equipment to do the job right and safely they would rather save a dollar and leave it up to the employees to resolve it.
