Bought a car there last week had the best service and follow up service! Buying a second car this week really love how they take care of there customers!!!

Could not have had a better buying experience, prices were a bit high for most makes and models, but the staff, service and experience was awesome. I'd been dealing with several dealerships in and around the metro and the experience was not so good with high pressure sales, and trying to talk me into buying a make or model car they wanted to sell likely due to some incentive for the dealership. So far I've enjoyed my vehicle. This was at the Independence location.

Okay.... The deals aren't that great. The service is definitely not any better. They are either understaffed or just not trained well. Dealers always seem busy or as if they are trying to hit major deadlines & not very helpful. I don't think they encourage their staff to know much about their inventory as well. Not sure....... At least they offer a decent warranty. I won't say it is the best but it is 'okay' ... At least its the best thing they've got going in my mind.
