this store have bad sales dept, bad services dept, bad finance dept, real bad Dept Managers. me and my wife have gone to the S. Noland rd Location back in 02/2013 to buy a van for work use when we got there we was told lot of big lies from the start we look at the van we like it so we move on with buying it (we got there about 12-1 pm) so we test drive it while we was out test driving it we was told to stop by the bank to get some cash about 1100.00 (as they take cash only for down payments) after we have gotten back from test driving the car and our cash we set back down with the sales person and start doing our paper work after that the sales person come back to use saying they need more money down but they can make the rest of the down payment to (Deferred down payment ) of 1000.00 with 200 bi-week payment i sad so we move on the the sale of the car we was told the interest WILL NOT START until the Deferred down payment we done (NOT) (we did not find that out until later down the road) so we done our paper work and talk everything out after 7 hours we walk out about 7:30 to 8:00 pm (wow 7 hours to buy an car) down the road we have some problems with the car have to fight with them to get it fix so we did get it fix (some what) now they have move to north Kansas city mo (about 1 hour from me) and i was told that they only take visa, MasterCard, cash or bank-check (not what is on the agreement) now i have some checking on them have done on to the J.D. Byrider web site on the web site it states that they take Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMX, diners club, and EFT but but i was told by the stuff from the noland road and the new north Kansas city store they only take visa, Mastercard, cash and bank check (no other card) for witch not what it say on the web site (as they say we are a Franchise store not corporate store) for witch that is false statement and misleading costumers now i will have to drive up to the north Kansas city store 2 time a month to pay my car payment as they don't take amx card and one more thing as they told us no interest until the Deferred down payment was done and pay in full i did find out the my first 5 payment not one cent have done to the Principal all of it have done to the Finance and what that is not right now i can't wait until i pay my load off in full and get a way from this company. we have call the BBB of kc mo and the state attorney general office to on this info.

BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY OR SHOULD I SAY THIS SO CALL FRANCHISE STORE AS THEY COME UP SOME STUPID STUFF AND POLICY'S

one more thing they make you to sign an paper work say they can call you at any time over your payment and harass you over your payment and say can can record you at any time with out you knowing it witch that is not right as per to law.


NO i will not recommend them to no one they are one big scam & Lairs and i will say why from them at all cost !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
