Mike's Car Care Center

I got 3 estimates on some front end work and Mike's was the lowest and he didn't try to have me repair things that didn't need repaired like a couple of other near by shops did. He did point out a couple of issues that would have to eventually be repaired though. They were very thorough in diagnosing all of my problems. They were friendly and did a great job of getting me in and out.

WENT IN TODAY THE GUYS GOT ME RIGHT IN FRIENDLY AND DID MY WORK AT A GREAT PRICE. THE NEW MANAGER WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND THE GENTLEMAN WORKING ON MY CAR WAS VERY INFORMATIVE

there's a reason why every time you drive by there's no cars in the garage...this place is unfriendly and rude. i just wanted a quick estimate for something and mechanic Rich treated me with disdain like i had no business interrupting him when there was only 1 car in the whole shop. there's like a hundred auto repair shops in independence that will bend over backwards to earn your business with respect and being pleasant....Mikes Car Care Center is NOT one of them. AVOID!

bunch of meth heads work at this place, maybe 5 teeth total. Had them install headlight assembly and they pointed the headlights at the ground. Go in and ask them to fix it and they say they will have to charge me labor. When they cant do an easy job like this..... take your car somewhere else you wont regret it.

I've had my car in twice now and was treated very well both times. (even when asking a stupid question) Josh handled

my problem from the first with care and concern. I was charged very reasonable rates and was treated with respect

from all the employees. I would most certainly recommend Max's to anyone. Roger W.
