Discount Tire

I had a flat on the rear driver's side. The salesman at the desk, Steven Shepherd, just wants to sell me two tires. I tell him I have a warranty on all tires. I just want the flat patched or replace it with a new one. He lies and tells me it's not under warranty due to the tread being so low. He wants me to pay over $100.00 for 1 tire. So, I call another Discount Tire and he over hears my conversation and decides to tell me that even though the tread of the tire is low, it's under warranty until bald. I told you that. Lied to my face. Then had me sit and wait even though I can see that they are done. He didn't even tell me what was wrong with the bad tire. I had to ask someone else. Also, they didn't even put the cap on and tighten my spare in the trunk. Just threw it in there. Disrespectful.
