Had a bad customer service experience arrived at 0800 told first come first serve put on a list then we notice many cars coming and going we look at the list and found that we had been passed over.

No apology given only excuses and anger take it or leave with a mean look from the manager.

Exhaust repair that was improperly done. Put a solid pipe where a flex pipe should be. Started to make a LOT of noise after it eventually became loose. Of course it is no longer in warrenty.
