Retulled Consignment Boutique

After having a not-so-great experience at some other bridal stores in town, I went here on a whim - and I'm so glad I did! I was looking for something nontraditional, and Amy helped me find something perfect. They had a lot of traditional gowns to choose from, too. I never thought I would buy my wedding dress on consignment, but it turned out to be a great decision!

I had my wedding dress here on consignment and once my time was up before it was considered donated I picked it up. I asked them where the bag was and was told they did not keep the bag. Then I asked where the sleeves an extra fabric was and they informed me that they was sure they would locate them and that they are just doing a lot of moving around and to call back. I called back approximately 2 weeks later and they told me that they had found the sleeves. I went in and they tried to give me the wrong sleeves. I told her that was not the sleeve and she tried to convince that they were. I showed her a picture and she tried to convince me that she never was given those sleeves. Instead of admitting that they lost all of my stuff she continued to try to convince me that she never had them and that the sleeves she was trying to give me where mine. Very disappointed.
