Bi-Lo

I have been going to this Bi-lo since I moved here in 2010. It started out nice but has declined ever since. The bathrooms are horrendous and never clean. Just thinking about the bakery employees washing their hands in there keeps me from buying any of there baked goods. In Nov. 2011 I purchased a few frozen food items that were expired. 3 of them in one grocery trip. I went to eat one and there was mold all over it. When I took them to the customer service counter I was treated like I was crazy for bringing them back. I called the Manager of the store and he gave me a $20 gift certificate and said he would fix the problem. Just went back today Feb. 2012 and found more expired frozen food. It expired in Nov. 2011, to be exact. I spoke to the Store Manager again and he said he doesn't have time to manage the frozen food section and would let that Manager know. He was sorry. I think it's a sorry excuse for a grocery store and if you go there, all I can say is,"Buyer Beware!". Try to go to the Ingles up the street or go to the Bi-Lo in Landrum or Greer.
