A-Max Auto Insurance

This so called "insurance company" is a complete failure. First, we had to get two quotes because they lost our first quote. Then we were promised a monthly price after the first months payment being higher (this is normal). The entire first month, several different employees consistently called stating that the insurance company they had found for us was missing information. We sent over everything they asked for several times for each piece of information. No one was on the same page, they would tell my girlfriend one thing they needed, then someone else would tell me that everything was fine. Now our second monthly payment is approaching, which was promised to be a certain price. None of the issues were sorted out and the insurance company they had found for us increased our payment almost $200.00. We canceled the policy and will take our business somewhere else. I would not send my worst enemy to this place for insurance. I am very surprised this place is still operating.
