Dent Depot

This is the worst Body shop i have ever dealt with in my life. They picked up my vehicle after a hail storm for repair. Took it to their location in lubbock without my knowledge. They filed a supplement with my insurance co. and when the adjuster was there he noticed damage to the rear of my vehicle. He asked about it and they said the rear end of my vehicle was smashed by them and that they would fix it. All they did was replace the broken glass on my tailgate. The bracket was bent, hinge was bent and the whole tailgate was out of alignment. When I asked dent depot why they fixed my window the owner said it was because they had to replace my roof. THIS WAS A LIE! They actually NEVER told me they damaged my car, in fact they tried to hide until my insurance adjuster gave me pictures. I tried to get them to fix it along with several other issues they didn't fix properly. No longer did I have electric to my tailgate, the top trim for luggage rack was coming off, They put in cheap screws that were rusting after a week to bolt down the luggage rack and they were too long so I couldn't slide my rack back & forth anymore, paint was two different colors, there was overspray on my black trim areas and the weather strip on the doors. The list is quite long I will spare the rest. SO, i take it back for them to fix everything. After two weeks it was returned with a broken door knob. Then they told me to take it too a body shop to get it and everything else fixed and they would pay for it. LMAO, isn't that what you are? a BODY SHOP that you advertise you can fix anything? How many others have they lied to and hid things from they couldn't fix. I think they are just trying to be a contractor and sub-contract their work out, without people knowing what they really do. I waited for them to do the right thing and they never did. Find a reputable body shop in your area DO NOT USE DENT DEPOT FOR ANY REASON!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! Please don't let me come back with I told you so!!

Easy process, they helped me file the claim and carried the whole process from beginning to end with my insurance. They even put me in a free loaner car because I didnt have rental coverage, and the repairs......flawless. Definitely recommend this company to anyone!
