Overall
cops are lazy.. unhelpful to general public

Car stalled at 5 in morning on street so called the cops thought they might help since they had those huge grills & I have seen them push people before.. he shows up n says he can't help. I only have a 100 ft to a repair shop so I decide to push it myself. I have trouble getting over so he watches me for 5 minutes then tells me I can't get it n leaves.. I rested for a few seconds n then got it to the place no problem no help from the officer. I never see any officers serve any of the community in a good way.. he could have spent 10 seconds helping me get over that first incline. I'm sure he was in a hurry to get back to taco cabana or I hop. Also it seems they're more worried about getting money for the city than the actual protectection oath. I know spelling, grammar , and a lot of other mistakes are in this but I am educated.. just really made and wanted someone to know I lost respect for irving pd a long time ago n this incident was just a reminder.

Overall
drivers license

I was doing business at three banks here in Irivng this week alone and witnessed three different people at the drive through cashing checks but told the teller they did not have a license and the teeler rplied back they could use a ID card with their picture on it. I am appalled and mad that I have to have and pay for a license yet others get away with it. Why can't the Police Dept. set an off duty officer in the tellers area of these banks as they do the Pawn Shops and force an issue of the law that you must have a license to drive. Or get fined for it. This is unbelieveable to me . And why do these banks allow that. Please explain to me how this is legal ? This is just another way for the sorry people to escape and enjoy the many things in life I pay for if I need. Please reply as I am gonna do all I can to force this issue. By these peoples own admission they are driving illegally. Thank you
