        On their website the synthetic oil change stated 54.99 up to 5 quarts. There was a $20 off coupon. So, how did I get bamboozled into paying 62.38? Cashiers stated that I didn't need the coupon because the rewards would take it off anyway. When I questioned the price. I was told sometimes it takes more than 5 quarts. So my vehicle took 1 extra quart. Damn, how much do a quart of oil cost nowadays? Last time there. Should have went to the Ford place, at least there, I didn't have any surprises. Normally come out of there at $45. Customers asked your questions beforehand, which I should have done. If I could give 0 stars I would.
