Never ever move to this apartment. They sneak into all possible ways where they can charge you extra. Appliances are from stone age - electrical bill sucks. Whether you use or not the worthless cable service you have to pay extra 50 Dollars. Management teams change frequently. Staff do not know what is customer service. They are very rude and irresponsible. You can not trust them - until you keep your conversation with them in written. I would have rated this apartment negative *****, if I would have that option.

At first this place was ok and i really enjoyed staying here but now they are trying to scam residents out of more money. They fined me $50 for having a mop, broom, and bucket on my patio as a patio violation. I have nothing else on my patio: no furniture, boxes, bikes, or chairs. I had the broom our there to sweep off the patio, the mop was out there to dry, and I collected debris on the patio and put it in the bucket until I took out the trash. keep in mind, it was only out there for 2-3 days.

Remington Hills At Las Colinas is the worse place you could possible get into, no matter the length or money you choose to rent. I rented for six months and three days later, I could not wait to leave that insidious place. This is a rundown old place that is falling apart, rude management and all of their appliances suck energy dry--even if you do not use them. I complained several times of roof leaks--it took them over two months to fix them! The affected walls got black mold, which they just painted over. Sure its dirt cheap, but you will pay your dues on suffering, made-up bills and fees.
