Smiles Family Dental - Las Colinas

I have had a lot of horrible dental experiences during my life. I once had a dentist pull one of my teeth with out being numb. Dr. Zamora and her staff made sure that I was comfortable and relaxed prior to even taking x-rays. I was really surprised how many payment plans and options I was given. I felt like dr. zamora really went out of her way to discuss and explain my treatment plan. I am very thankful to have found dr. zamora and her wonderful staff.

I wish I had read all this review at the beginning. I would like to aware all who see this review not to go to this place at all. For the first time I had such a worst experience in any dental office. Being an Asian myself , I prefer going to an asian dentist because of ease of language and culture. But man I must tell what a worst nightmare I had after I visit this place. First they will pretend they are the nicest people in the world.They will call you several times and give you a feeling that they are so caring and all. As soon as you visit the first time the nightmare starts. First they will recommend very expensive treatment that you have never heard of and if you deny that then damn you will see there true colours. I am amazed that business bureau hasn't locked down this place yet. Stay away from this place if you want my honest opinion. Wish I can rate in minus...

I am from Boston and was in Dallas and had a tooth ache. I went to this dental office and they were very courteous. Looks very professional to me. Very clean. State of the equipment. Very happy with my experience. Will recommend this dentist to families and friends.

this was my worst dental visit ever. 25 minutes of being there they still hadnt started cleaning. then when they did they alluded to what bad shape my teeth and gums were in when i had just been to dentist 7 months ago...horrible!

I feel comfortable at this office. That what matters most to me.

Totally had the same experience as M34uytgn and i could not have sumarized it any better...DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THIS PRACTICE REGARDLESS OF INSURANCE COVERAGE. THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU WILL HAVE A FIELD DAY WITH THIS PLACE........

This dentist will try to tell you that you have alot of problems and you have to come back in several times within a year to be "checked". They charged my insurance over $900 and told me my gums were in serious trouble. I had never been told this before. I have only had 2 cavities in my life. I went to a different dentist less than one year later and told them I had all this going on. The new dentist found NO evidence of any gum disease or problems. They basically confirmed what I already knew. I had been ripped off. Definitely go somewhere else!
