        Too many lost packages!!!! Example: my medicine was shown to have been delivered August 26,2016. It was NOT received at 2620 W Rochelle Rd, Irving,TX. Instead it was delivered to 2820 W Rochelle Rd, Irving, TX in October. The residents there brought it to me. I was out of meds for 2 months. Example: my husband ordered a phone system that was to be delivered to 2620 W Rochelle Rd, Irving, TX but was not delivered to that address. A package from Keranique was sent out mid October and it has not been received either.

        Self service machine to weigh has never worked any time i have ever been here. This is the only self service in Irving and it is worthless without a machine that can weigh a simple letter

        These people are the worst. They gave lost my letter and made no attempt to find out where they sent it. They are always lying and doing nothing to fix the problem they cause. I've heard other people complaining about these particular usps.

        Horrible experience dealing with them...never again

        Tony sounded defensive and seemed to have an attitude problem when I called to find out about a package that was to be delivered to me. There was no reason to sound so short.
