I began buying vehicles from the Shorkey family in 2007. As a lot of people may know, buying a car as a young adult is not always an easy task. I went to every dealer up and down route 30 and couldn't even get anyone to talk to me, let alone show me a car. My luck changed when I arrived at Jim Shorkey's (then Courtesy). I was treated like a member of their family which was very refreshing after weeks of being blown off everywhere else I went. Needless to say I left there with a car that day and have bought 8 cars from them since. My family and I will never go anywhere else. just bought a 2015 4 door jeep wrangler at shorkey's. russ Shively was our salesman and he went out of his way to get the best deal for us - no running back and forth like salesmen tend to do. he did his due diligence finding any discounts we may qualify for, as we have a farm and own our own business. what a great guy. i would recommend shorkey's to anyone but would refer them to russ Shively. he was not your typical car salesman and we really liked him. when i'm ready to trade in or get another car, we will definitely go back to them! thanks so much for a great experience buying a car!

I purchased my 2014 Jeep Compass from Jim Shorkey. From the time that you come in the door they make it feel one of the family. Every other car dealership I have been to in the past just go after you until you purchase the car. Not here they make it easy and worry free. Also as a bonus to a great experience they have fresh baked chocolate chip cookies daily.

I bought my 2007 GMC Acadia at Jim Shorkey and had the best car buying experience ever. I was treated with respect and courtesy. The price given was very good. I was in and out of there in a fraction of the time I am accustomed to When buying a car. Jesse was our saleman and he was great and easy to deal with. We also dealt with Pete Payne a manager who was also very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I was so pleased I took my son there a month later and he also purchased a car there from Jesse. Wow, after reading the other reviews i am a little nervous! I just bought my first brand new Jeep! She is beautiful! I really liked my sales guy! He put up with emails and calls and text messages from me for weeks and was still great with us when we got there. He really made a great impression on me. I would tell everyone to ask for him! He made sure we were happy and he explained everything, answered any questions we had and quite a few we didnt!

I don't know where to start but I will say that my experience today with Dale and Jeff was by far the most honest, fair and transparent transaction in over 30 years of purchasing vehicles. These two folks went above and beyond in working with me to obtain my business.

Unlike some other dealers I had contacted, Dale and Jeff were the personification of honesty and integrity. This was a welcome change from attempts to lure me into a deal by manipulating figures, "hide" charges, and low-ball trade values (one guy near Butler had me drive 3.5 hours only to tell me take it or leave it).

We worked jointly on a deal and custom ordered my Jeep. The Shorkey family of dealerships should be proud of these two employees and I could not be more pleased with my purchase. My husband and I had a great experience last month purchasing our new Dodge Grand Caravan. After a bad experience with Kia service, we decided to try again with Dodge and I'm glad we did. We met Jesse Matta through my son's elementary school's Drive for the Kids fundraiser and he made our experience great! When I came on here, I read two other reviews about taking too long to pay off the trade in but I got my loan payoff confirmation within 2 weeks so that issue is obviously resolved. I would recommend Jesse to anyone looking for a Chrysler Dodge Jeep or Ram.

I'm just getting back home from a deployment in Afghanistan and was just browsing around to get some ideas for a newer vehicle. Withing five minutes of arriving to Jim Shorkey, Sara Romonosky (Romo) was walking outside, moving with a purpose to help assist. My eyes were gazed on a particular car so we took it for a test drive. I did purchase the car and the whole process went smooth.
