My daughter and I walked in this business yesterday. We were greeted immediately and asked how he could help us. I had two batteries replaced in less than 12 minutes total time being in the store, not only did he replace the batteries, he set the current time on both watches. Extremely reasonable price. He was super nice and professional. Happily pleased finding Bob & Son Jewelers right here on this site! Thank YOU Bob & Sons!!! I have already suggested your business to two other people. I'll definitely remember the excellent experience.

This place is great the wait is never long and the price is always good. There is one thing the lady working the counter could get some customer service skills. She is never nasty she just acts like she does not want to be there. I get that feeling every time I go in there. Oh well overall I wouldn't go anywhere else. I trust them with my stuff.

My experience there was a very pleasant one. I had the battery replaced in my watch, and as soon as I got there, the very nice sales lady took it to the back and in about 5 minutes she brought it back to me. The battery was replaced and even some pins were tightened. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a watch repair at a very good price!!

Terrible Service. Would not recommend for repairs as you will have a VERY LENGTHY wait and will not be kept informed of their progress.

I don't recommend them at all. Service is not good.
