I dropped my car off at footworks in may 2012 For a paint job and music in the begining i thought this was front they wasnt serious

I asked the younger gentlemen with long hair What i had to do to get Some nice paint and clear tunes. He replied just give me what i asked for and i will give u what u want

I took leave to check out a couple places their price was the fairest so i dropped it off A few weeks later i was hesitant after seeing a few bad revues but seeing the work they had did on hand. I was sold i gave them what they wanted they had it done on time looking and sounding how i wanted. Keep doing what yall do Best customize cars

I will never ever refer anyone to this place. The owner is a crook! My vehicle was with them for 3 months and the job still was not done right. The customer service is horrible! No one knows nothing! My fiance paid 4000 before the job was finished (stupid him)! Needless to say the paint is chipping already and its been almost 2 yrs since then. They didnt buff it at all, I can still tell that the vehicle was once burgundy. They didnt put the impala emblems back on and the tires they put on were bad! The only thing I can say is that the rims were brand new. They cant even get 1 star from me bc the service was just that bad@ I had to file a case with bbb and consumer affairs and they still barely budged about getting the issue resolved!

The only thing I got to say is that, they don't have any customer service at all overall.I took my rim there to b repaired, they told me it was going to b done an a week, after that it took them a full month. All the time I called all every week, n they gave me all this excused that u can't even imagine. But they were finally done. I got my rim, with my hub cap F**k up. But lesson learn.I don't recommend it to know one.
