These people are horrible!!! They are crooks and will rob you of every dime you have! We bought a truck there and haven't even had it for 4 months and the rear end locked up on us after many attempts to get the problem fixed since we bought it in July and been in the shop three times and returned to us still sounding the same. When our trucks rear end locked up ROBIN called me a racist and was rude and unprofessional so I had a attitude right back with her and called her a bitch..because that how she was acting they would tow my truck nor fix it...I wouldn't let them know where it was sitting they ended up getting the truck after I told them I will tow it myself and fix it myself and they took that as a threat since we wouldn't let them know where it was..now they won't give us the truck back unless we pay the whole balance on it! These people are pathetic!!!

I purchased a vehicle from these people less than 2 weeks ago. I love the vehicle but brought up a few issues with it BEFORE I let them get my down payment & was assured they would be taken care of. However I can't get anyone to return my phone calls or give me any resolution to my issues. And Ole Robin, she informed me that unless I had a "We Owe" letter in my file, my issues would not be resolved. I'm certain there's no "We Owe" letter as the sales team were in too big of a hurry to get my deposit & forget me. Don't buy a car from these people. They are lying thieves.

I had a terrible experience with the manager Robin the sales person was absolutely great but dealing with her was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I read one of the previous things right about her about her lies and being deceitful which is 100 percent true. If I owned a business I would not have someone like that working for me .

As far as sales and finance Ryan, Bruce, Woody, and the others were great..worked hard to get me in a nice car. Where the problem came was when they promised to repair the vehicle and then the manager Robin, backed out giving me excuses of parts that were never replaced. Then while my car was getting fixed had her driver come get it without me knowing. Was done in spite due to calling her out on lies..First stated it wad due to no money down..well lie cuz I was told after i signed papers..then said she had to pay 300$ for an oil pan..hmm lie 2 cuz the mechanic. never replaced oil replaced a 45$ air intake gasket.Its really a shame to have such great employees working under such a spiteful and vindictive person..didnt even care that when SHE picked th car up my other keys were in it which made me 30 mins late..Oh then lied and said the mechanic told her to come get the car he needed the bay..which is strange cuz he told me she called him and told him shes picking up the car..just more lies..if they wanna give the image they arent like the others really need to stick to thier word
