Repaired my washing machine. Friendly and fast service, came out the next morning and fixed the problem that day.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT CALL OR HIRE THIS PERSON. absolutely NO knowledge in refrigerators. HAS NO new technology to even detect there is a problem. Told me to go and buy a new refrigerator after paying him 70$ to come look at it. He walked in, opened the fridge and said nope its done. Go buy a new one. Took my 70$ and left. I hired GE to come look, because i didnt feel right about it, and guess what, he found the problem by looking at the BACK of the refrigerator, fixed it in 10 minutes, and charged me 200. Come to find out this Frank guy, STOLE my money, pocketed it, and that is the reason why when i called back they couldnt find my information in their system. hmmm.. THEIF.
