It is well known this this car "dealership" is full of a bunch of rip-off jerks but let me just ellaborate on what happened to me, and what I've heard they do to a lot more people than they'll admit to. I put a $200 doposit on a car so it wouldnt sell, I tell Mike that Im going to look at 3 cars the next day. He calls me the next day telling me the cars ready for me to pick up, I then tell him I dont know if I want to buy that car so what does he do? I find out the next day while trying to void my check that he deposited the check shortly after I talked to him. I call him, my mom calls him, numberous times telling him we want to cancel the deposit, he then tells us he's already put money into the car and the deposit is unrefundable. He then puts signs up in his office (that werent there ever) saying that his policy is that deposits are unrefundable. This guy, and everyone in the company he is associated with, is a complete jerk. Had no sympathy or care in the world what he did to me and how he completely screwed me out of $200. Dont trust anyone at this company they are only out for your money, they dont care if the car dies on the way home from the so called dealership they just care that they have their money and once they do they forget about you all together. I wouldnt be surprised if this business closes within the next year.

We have been in Buisness since 1969 and have never had a Complaint besides this one. Our policy is Once the customer tells us they want the car they came to see we request a $200 deposit to Check the car out and do any work that is needed to be done then we send the car out to a RI State inspetion station, once it passes we then have the car cleaned and call the customer to pick up their new car plus we give a Free 3 month/4500 mile extended warranty with every car we retail. The reason for our no refund on deposit policy is because we also wholesale to other dealers and do not spend any money on the cars unless a retail customer wants the car and leaves a deposit. How ever we did feal bad and offerd this customer half of their $200 deposit back even after spending over $500 dealer cost to fix the car the way she requested and this is how she responded.
