Smiley Muffler

The owner is rude no personality to render good customer service. Argued with me on the time I had to wait and continued letting others go in front of me....took a long to get service done. No place to sit and he didn't operate with paperwork only cash so if you order parts he doesn't disclose there is a restock fee or any additional fees.

He seemed to know his business BUT... He has a rude cold demeanor.. I left and did not go back..

Spoke to Mr. Smiley on the phone and was told to stop by. I stopped in at my convenience and was surprise that I was helped immediately. The replacement of the muffler on my car was taken care of in short order. I have nothing but praise for Mr. Smiley's professionalism and courteous nature. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs repairs to their car.

I called to inquire about doing business. The owner was so rude. I would not spend a dollar with this business
