Bay RV Center

We looked for over a year for a new rv. We went to different rv shows, spoke to many people and we liked Bob from Bay RV, so we bought our rv from him. That was the best part of Bay RV!! Every time we take our camper out for camping we find a problem (most of them are repeat problems, things they didn't fix and they said they fixed)!! We've requested ahead of time a part be ordered so the camper doesn't have to sit at their place for a week or longer waiting for them to order the part (they had our camper for three weeks waiting for a part once). It's very frustrating when you buy a brand new camper and have to take it in repeatedly for repairs and the repairs don't get fixed!! I would NOT recommend their repair shop. Very angry!!!

I bought my rv from Larry at Bay RV a little over a month ago. All the RV's were unlocked and he encouraged me to go at my own pace and told me where he would be if I had questions or needed help. No sales pressure at all. He was able to work a great deal with the financing too. The price they quoted me was the same price on the contract. That has never happened at any car dealership. After taking ownership, I had 30 days under warranty. We noticed that the A/C was a bit louder than usual, but still worked just fine. We took it back for servicing and they just totally replaced the A/C. All was fixed in a timely manner. I've been to many other RV dealers (Leo's and Chesaco way over priced). Bay RV was 100% the BEST! I got a great deal on a great RV with a great price.

My experience was fantastic. Bought my trailer about 10 months ago. Everyone was extremely professional and helpful. Talk about no pressure sales. I was under no pressure to make a purchase and they offered me the pros and cons for each trailer I looked at. I was free to browse on my own without having a salesman hover over me. I felt like they were more interested in my being happy and satisfied with whatever selection I made rather than push me into a purchase.
Financing was very smooth and rates were very reasonable. Service guys walked me through the ins and outs of each item and made sure I understood.
My experience was a 10/10 which is rare these days.
We did some serious searching and went to a few shows before finding Bay RV. It's to bad I wasted so much time before finding them but it gave me a great comparison.

We recently bought a travel trailer from Larry And at Bay Rv. The experience was great and went very smoothly. He was great at helping us through the whole process from start finish. He was very helpful considering this was our first travel trailer. We had a ton of questions and went between multiple trailer layouts and he helped us pick the best one for us and our kids. Tom was great In assisting in all the financing issues and getting everything done for us in a timely manner. The service department has been amazing since the purchase of the trailer. We found a few small things that needed to be addressed and they were awesome in getting them done and getting the trailer back to us quickly. They were also very helpful when showing us how to work everything and getting all hitched up for the first time. We went on our fist trip the past weekend with the travel trailer and absolutely loved it. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for an RV to go and talk to Larry at Bay Rv. Thank you Larry and Tom for helping us get in a great travel trailer that we can start making memories in with our family.

BOB Was very nice to work with. I originally jumped the gun and felt like I was being ignored. I guess I should have figured they would be very busy after the Rv show. It looks like were going to get the trailer we wanted.

don't bother, save your time and go somewhere else. Sent my camper their for warranty work and they never completed the work after 2 months. On top of that they killed my battery which was not even a year old yet.
