Kingsland Car Wash

While this car wash has been good to us in the past, my incident on Saturday will never make me go back again. Saturday I fell at this car wash, no one offered to help and workers laughed. When I went back a couple days later to talk to the manager she called me a liar and said I did not fall. She said she would not be paying my ER bill and insisted I made up the story. Well of course I called the guy over who helped me, and he in fact said I had fallen. Then the manager was shocked and said, "Well do whatever you have to, our lawyer will not handle that!" She was so rude, inconsiderate for my pain and was yelling at me. Never again will I go back, in fact be safe y'all. I slipped on the mats on the floor!

I went to this car wash thinking it would be such a great place. I have a brand new truck just 3 weeks owned and I noticed after going through it I had several scratches on my hood and roof. So I won't be back

I visited this car wash at 5:45-46 PM and was turned away because they were closing at 6:00 PM. Quite a disappointment. Common sense would dictate that any business with strong customer-service values wouldn't dream of doing such a thing.



Some people would probably argue that it's unrealistic of me to expect businesses to adhere to their posted hours. I realize this one simple review is not likely to change anything--so no, I won't be holding my breath--but this was supposed to be my first visit to a place about which I've otherwise heard good things. Not a favorable first impression, if you ask me.
