The mailman damaged my mailbox with his vehicle over 6 months ago and still hasn't repaired it!!!

Received a package yesterday, the package was already a day late, the postwoman just dropped it on my sidewalk in the rain a good 4-5 feet from my front porch. I was at work and checking on line for the delivery I would have come home to a ruined gift. This is just laziness, 10 more steps and would have been on my front porch. This could have also been stolen when she placed it for everyone driving by to see. The post office wonders why no one hardly uses them anymore. Bad business

After misplacing my box key, I was told they would "be fired if they give me my mail" and it will take 6 weeks to get a new key, and I better just find my old one. They are holding my mail hostage!! I have not seen my mail in over 4 weeks. Gee ... hope there is nothing important, like any bills!!

It is after 6:00 again and still I have 'NO' mail. We probably have another substitute delivery person. This always happens and I try to call and get a fax machine sound in my ear. There have been a couple of times that my entire street didn't receive mail. I thought we are suppose to get mail 365 days a year!
