Dishonest, awful people. I recently moved to the area from Chicago. I went into Toyota for an oil change. I was told I needed $5000 worth of repairs and my car was basically completely rusted on the bottom and I should just replace it. Guess they've never seen a car from up north before. Luckily, I decided to get a second estimate. Turns out the only repair I needed was a $75 bolt. I will never go to a Toyota dealership again.

1 star is a gift for this dealership. Buyer beware. Zero follow through. When you say you are going to call, CALL. Customer service awful. Also, you have to love it when the dealership justifies their price by bashing their competitors, as if they are the lessor of the two evils. Thanks Kent and Steve. Good job!

Super Shady

I recently bought a fully loaded limited 4runner from these guys. I enjoyed working with Marcus and thats why I bought from them. At the end of the day, they can all give you the same deal. While in cleanup they noticed damage on the car but didnt tell me until after the fact. Yes, they admitted they knew but decided against telling me. I come back the next day to have the salesperson explain to my wife how everything worked when they told me. George and Joel tell me that they will make it right. I'm extremely hesitant because it looks like they will have to paint two panels to fix it. I didnt want a brand new car that had paint work on it. George and Joel tell me their paint experts will both be in on Thursday and to bring the car back to see what my options are. When I come back Thursday only to find out they are going to have to paint the car. I tell them that I dont want the car and George has the nerve to tell me if I would have said that on Saturday they would have swapped out the car no questions. I only get more upset because I only agreed to drive it off on Saturday because they asked me to bring it back because they wanted to make it right. So now I have a car with 150 miles that will forever show that it's been painted and will be worth less. I'm really not sure how Joel sleeps at night as dishonest and unethical as he is. I also think its pretty apparent there is something they know is wrong because they won't give me an escalation point or a district manager. I've never had a situation where you've asked for a manage and they won't give you one. There are too many Toyota dealerships around to deal with these guys. Be prepared to want to go home and take a bath after you deal with them.

Would NEVER recommend them. Af...

Would NEVER recommend them. After the sales guy made a mistake and submitted the wrong driver's license number to the DMV it took me 8 MONTHS to get my license plate. I had to call constantly and received the run around - they even tried to blame the mistake on the DMV when I SAW the sales guy put it in wrong. I corrected him but some how the mistake made it through to the DMV anyway (I think the sales guy was pissed off that I wouldn't buy the full insurance). After numerous phone calls, three trips to my local DMV, and three trips to the police department I had to pay again for another license plate. On top of that I'm now being harrased by the sales manager (Rob, i think) about returning a license plate they loaned me. He started hastleing me for it back before I even got my license plate.

They've never once apologized or taken responsiblity for this mess. All I've recieved is harrasment and impatience when I called about my license plate - the one I PAID them to take care of. After all I went through now they are harrasing me over their license plate. What ever you do - DO NOT LET THEM DO YOU A FAVOR!!!! If they are this difficult and incompetenet over something as small as taking care of a license plate I'm terrified to have to deal with them when something goes wrong with the car!!!!

Read this!!! From a converted skeptic!

We just purchased a Certified Used 2005 Sienna from Cobb County Toyota. I had tried every possible method to avoid purchasing from a large dealer. We looked at Carmax, drove numerous cars from private sellers via Autotrader, etc. I didn't expect the large dealer to be dishonest, I just expected higher prices.

So when I walked into the CCT building that night, I was armed with a ton of research and knew exactly what I wanted and what I would pay. A fantastic sales consultant named Jonah took me right to our new car and I knew 30 seconds into the test drive that it was a keeper. Since I had come alone and it was raining, Jonah offered that we could drive it to my house to show my wife and get her blessing without her having to pile the kids in the car to come see it (this also doubled as a great Christmas surprise!). He and I actually made a couple of trips to take my car back home and bring our old van to their lot for trade in.

I was 100% comfortable with the condition of the car, the inspections/service performed by the svc dept on site (required under their Certified Used program), and the one year bumper-to-bumper warranty. Most importantly, I felt that I received good value for my money. I was already sold on buying another Sienna (our old one had over 200K miles), and now I am sold on the Certified Used program.

I'm a practical numbers guy, but buying a car also should be a fun experience! And thanks to Jonah and the staff of Cobb County Toyota, that is exactly what we received. 5 stars from our family!

Never again!!

Made a deal with the sales manager (Rob) over the phone. Came in that night to get the car. Figures on paperwork were all wrong. After arguing with me about them for a while, he gave in. 1 hour later he calls me and my wife over to his "super secret magical counter" to tell me that the numbers don't work, the deal can't be done, and literally told us "I didn't want to do this deal anyway, so y'all can just go home." Later it was admitted by the general manager that the sales manager (Rob) had made a mistake when accepting my offer, and they just couldn't make it happen.

To make a very long story short, a lot of time was wasted, there was a huge heated argument in the dealership showroom, and everybody left upset. Between my wife and I, and our immediate family, 4 cars have been purchased from this dealership in the last 5 years. The sales manager was rude and very disrespectful and never again will I or any of our family members visit Cobb County Toyota (all because of the sales manager Rob).
