Overall very nice experience. Used their free ac checkup service - and diagnosis was right. Would have repaired it there if I had the option to spare more time the same day and if I had communicated properly (they pulled out my van since they thought I didn't want to repair it for the quote they gave - in fact I was reluctant, but agreed). So this review is my thanks to them. Just wish they had looked past my miscommunication and agreed to repair my vehicle in reasonable time.

Use to be a good place to take your car. Took my car to have transmission fluid change, they come with a $1900.00 invoice of things that need to be fixed in my car. I am not even talking that I had to go back for some thing that they should had put in a new part and they put silicone what didn't stop the leak. I had to buy the part online for just $10.00 and take it to them, so they could fix the problem.

Easily the best experience I have ever had with a automotive repair shop. Prompt, professional, honest, and affordable . I went in expecting an expensive repair, but was pleasantly surprised when they told me it was an easy repair and only half $$ what I expected to pay. Really good people..life savers....ask for John.

I went to Garrett Automotive with a little hesitation, but that was soon eased when i started talking to the owner; John HIll. He took time to help me understand where i needed to spend my money and why. THANKS to the whole Garrett Auto Team!!

I wish my experience was as nice as the guys above. They wanted $750 to get and install a fuel pump for a 98' vehicle. I had a backup plan since I know this was a trademark of many mechanics. I decided to buy the part and he said it would be $287 just for labor, so I knew he was ripping me off b/c no fuel pump for a car that old would be near $650. Then he used up nearly a half tank of my gas and didn't bother to reimburse me, gas is too high right now! I would advise any woman to bring a man with you then maybe they would be reluctant to rip you off.

I met owner, John Hill, a few weeks ago, and he has grown to be someone I consider a real friend. I have seen him deal with customers in a way that even the most seasoned business owners could learn from. He and I have spoken about how he tries to run his business, and he said, "I want to treat my customer in such a way that they will come back." I am grateful to have found a honest technician in my area, and I WILL BE BACK! Thanks John!
