a bit of southern charm ..I walk in and it's hello darlin and how can I help you sugar....They take my order ...help me save a few bucks by steering me in the right direction in ordering the meal instead of ordering separately .....food is good ....if you like baked beans thy the generals......

On 7/23/08 (4:45pm), I stopped by the General's Restaurant after work, I ordered the rib tip special. After paying for the food the person some old guy (African American) rudely throws the plastic bag on the counter and wants me to bag my own food. I found this gesture to be rude and not customer friendly. Now being an African American also, I wondered if this person would expect his white customers to bag their own food. When I got home to add to the disappointment, the the Rib Tips were extremely dry and that barbeque sauce was disgusting, bland no flavor. I wouldn't feed this food to flesh eating zombies! For the record this is not my first bad experience with this restaurant, but it will be my last.
