Teeth Cleaning
Prior to starting treatment, your teeth and gums will be checked to make sure they are healthy enough for whitening. If itâ€™s been a while since your last teeth cleaning, we will probably recommend you have one before undergoing teeth whitening.

Veneers
Porcelain veneers are tiny pieces of ceramic that Dr. Mike uses to cover up cosmetic imperfections or fix the size, shape or color of your tooth. Oral Surgery

Jaw Surgery
Tooth Extractions
There are two types of tooth extractions: simple and surgical. A simple tooth extraction is usually performed on a tooth that is visible in the mouth, and the procedure can often be done under local anesthetic. A surgical tooth extraction is more complex and often involves a tooth that cannot be seen or reached in the mouth. Perhaps the tooth has not fully erupted, or maybe it has broken off at the gumline. A surgical tooth extraction may be done with local anesthesia or possibly conscious sedation. The extraction may require removing bone, lifting and/or removing gum tissue to reveal the impacted tooth or fragmenting the tooth into pieces to make it easier to remove.
Bone Grafting
Once the impacted tooth has been removed from its socket, sutures or stitches are used to close the gum tissue. Occasionally, bone grafting is needed at the extraction site as well.

Invisalign Orthodontics
Invisalign is intended to treat teeth that are crooked, crowded, widely spaced or otherwise misaligned. As an Invisalign patient, you will wear a series of custom-crafted, removable upper and lower aligners that put gentle pressure to shift your teeth into the desired position. The aligners are created and distributed in a specific sequence based on the position and alignment of your teeth at the beginning of treatment and where your teeth should be at the end of treatment. Week by week, your teeth will shift a little bit until they have reached the final position (as determined by Dr. Mike). The total treatment time and number of aligners varies by patient, but you can expect to wear approximately 18 to 30 sets of aligners and complete treatment in a year.
Braces
Invisalign was created for individuals that want straighter teeth without having to wear traditional metal braces. This treatment option involves wearing clear, plastic aligners to gradually shift the teeth into the proper position and alignment.
