Mor Furniture for Less

They have cheap quality product, product won't even last 1 year. They won't honor the warranty and after that they will stop responding to your emails. They picked love seat from my home (I paid for the delivery) to fix it, now they are denying to fix it and even not responding to my emails. It is waste of money and time to buy any furniture from Mor.

Do not buy their furniture protection plan. It's a monumental scam. Mor reaps a profit from each sale of the plan and Guardsman does absolutely nothing to honor the service agreement. It's not worth the paper it's written on and Mor is complicit in the deceit and outright theft. Please be warned and avoid the trap. You're spending hard earned money on a scam.

I bought a bunk bed from here when I had a roommate. Everything was good they came and set it up and everything seemed fine. But now we're trying to take it apart so we can move it into the other room. And almost all the screws are stripped to where you can't even get them out. The middle part of the screw is stripped so the tool doesn't even connect it just goes round and round. I called the store to see if they could help with that and they basically told me because it's out of warranty I'm screwed. This really sucks because none of this is our fault this is when they put it together they're the ones that stripped all the screws. Now we can't even get it apart to get it out of the room. I know next time to make sure to check the screws because this really sucks.

Worst customer service ever. Had the same issues as others with delivery, get a text for an appointment hit yes and a few seconds later get a text back that the delivery has been canceled.

When we purchased our 3 love seats and corner piece we also purchased the battery packs so we wouldn't have cords running across our living room floor. When we received the couch they said the battery packs were on back order, waited a month and still no battery packs, went into the store and spoke with the sales person and he said he was sure they would be delivered quick went back in after two months and was told the same thing. Its now been over three months and still no battery packs.

We love the furniture we bought but will never shop or recommend this company again.

Ask for Nathan when you go in! He made our experience exceptional! He gave honest opinions and really helped us combine pieces we didn't even think would go together!

My couch is falling apart literally at the seams!! When I tried to use the extended very expensive warranty ,that they insisted we needed, we were told it is a manufacturer defects and thus not covered. So I contacted Mor to be told that are not responsible either! So now I am stuck with a 3 year old, very gently used ,very expensive piece of garbage couch!! DO NOT BUY FROM MOR! NEVER BUY GAURDSMAN WARRENTY!

Good service with friendly attitude. we will be back to see Sonny K. again. the furniture is reasonable price and would recommend to family and friend.

I just want to say that I had the worst experience at Mor. I ordered a dining set and waited for 3 months. They had the model on the web site and in the store. That's why I ordered. But then they kept saying that the table is not availabe, chairs not available, armed chair not available, got the delivery date push again and again. Finally on the delivery date, they called me again and told me that the table was so badly damaged that they can't deliver and don't know when they can get the table. Then finally after two days, they told me that they can't find this table any where and I had to cancel this order. They held on to my payments for three months, I could have had better use of the money; I could have looked other places for the dining set and am enjoying the dining set by now. We are having friends over and we planned to have the new dining set when friends come.. not to mention about all the frustration, waiting and waiting. I just want to say that I will never shop at Mor ever again.
