        Overall

        I've done business with TRC for years they are one of the best. I also know some customers are just never happy no matter what you do. You can tell who they are. They're the first to write bad reviews full of all cap sentences claiming you don't know what you're doing bla , bla , bla. TRC is an upper end shop with very reliable products.

        DON'T Bring your car here they don't know what their doing, Put (4) different transmissions in my car in 18 months time. SPENT MOST OF 18months in their shop, was only able to put 1,200 miles on the car in that time. What started out @ $2,600 went to costing OVER $4,000. My car is a 1996 German Make. Too many Lies and EXCUSES THEY DON'T DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS.........................................

        Showshawna got 39 thousand more miles than I did!!! I had a shop replace my trucks transmission and it was shifting funny so I took it to another shop to take a look and fix a transfer case leak. The shop that looked at it was in shock! It had the wrong parts, parts in the shifting body NOT drilled out that should have been, and it even had MISSING PARTS!!!!! There was metal everywhere. I contacted TRC and they were combative, rude and had obviously dealt with people they had gotten over on before. They told me I had voided my warranty because another shop had fixed their mistakes. It cost me about 4k to get it right. I would NEVER even consider TRC fixing it, since they couldn't even get it right the first time.

        Do not buy your transmissions from these people. They sell crappy products that do not last more then 40k miles. I would rather buy a transmission from a junkyard then to ever deal with these folks again. They do not stand behind their product and have no sense of integrity when it comes to dealing with the public. Their customer service is even worse. Stay away from this company.
