So much tnhat they leave the funnel in your car,no oil and loose your oil cap and have to order another. When you go to pick it up you better make sure the manager is there,check things before you leave! If you go back to talk to the manager they deny it. So the best thing is to record everything. That the first man said so you can use it in court. Which was they call you to tell you they lost your oil cap, when you go to look there is a funnel left in the oil tube. You take back up to the place they look and the one man says not a drop of oil. But no manager you have to come back another day.
