        Welcome to Tannenberg Kennels. As a family owned and operated business since 1948, we provide the best care for your pets. Our friendly, clean environment welcomes your four-legged family members to their home away from home! Tannenberg Kennels, Inc. offers a quiet suburban setting adjoining a city park. Immediately upon entering the grounds, the warmth of the accommodations can be felt as customers are welcomed to the facility. Established in 1948, founder, Paul R. Becker named the kennel after a town in his native Germany. Originally the kennel bred German Shepherds, but it quickly evolved into a boarding kennel for both dogs and cats. Today, the Becker family developed the facility into one of the largest and finest boarding kennels in the country.Today's employees of Tannenberg Kennels, Inc. include members of the Becker family, the management staff, and kennel assistant caregivers. Our personnel is committed to providing your pets the best care possible during their stay with us. We look forward to seeing you!

        Love my experience with this Kennel. They took me on a tour before i ever brought my dogs and cat in. The people there are very friendly and answered all questions i had. I was surprised to see how nice it was. Flat screen t.v.'s in all the rooms and beds in every pin. All of the animals seemed to be very happy. I also like the fact that they don't let all the dogs play together. It makes me feel like my animal will be safe.

        My wife and I board both our dogs and cat and all of them seem very happy when we arrive in the parking lot and always are clean and smell good when we come to pick them up. Also like the fact that there are extra Ala Carte items that can be purchased for our animals such as extra play time, light grooming, and believe it or not ice cream made for dogs. I would recommend this kennel to anyone that would ask and will continue going here as long as i have animals.
