When you call you'll get Steve, the owner. He personally showed up and cleaned our carpets himself on a Friday morning and did a great job. It's nice to see a business owner who takes enough pride in the service he provides to actually do the work himself.

He did an excellent job with te utmost professionalism. Very flexible with scheduling and the price was fantastic!
