In all honesty, Hunter Rentals has been one of the best rental companies I have rented from. Any owner would be pleased with Hunter Rentals managing their property because they DON'T play and do things by the book. Their move out procedures were extremely detailed and as long as you follow the guidelines you will not have any problems. Being OCD and having rented 7 other times, I have mastered move outs. I had never seen a rental company inspect cleanings the way they do and that was impressive! I failed 5 items :-( and believe me I am extremely thorough but that only goes to show the extent of their cleaning requirements; I can't be mad with them for something I clearly missed as they show you the failed item with cleaning wipes, so we were charged for a partial cleaning. They took so many pictures at move in and move out and none of the other companies I had rented from had done a move in inspection with me. Now I understand why their properties show so well when they are available for rent, which was the reason why we went with them in the first place. Their maintenance services were prompt. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I see so many negative reviews (in general, not just for this company) and it's a shame people post such things just based on them not getting their way or their money back. People only explain what they want, to try and validate their point, but always fail to tell the whole or real story.

It was nice working with Hunter Rentals and Property Management. We contacted them for finding tenants for our 1 bedroom apartment in Killeen and within a week the apartment got rented out. I recommend this company to everyone in Texas.

The best house renting experience I have ever had. These guys are amazing. They took time to answer all our questions and did a great job in property presentation and tenant screening. We could have never find out such nice tenants by ourselves in our lifetime. Highly recommended.

Hunter Rentals and its highly professional team have been providing us first class service for four years. They have been taking very good care of our house. Neither we nor our tenants have had any issues with them in theses years. I will definitely recommend them to everyone.

DO NOT rent from them. they wont tell you this but they do "random" walk threws of your house. and the take pics of everything even your stuff. then charge you for everything before you get a chance to fix it yourself and charge alot more. when i lease is up we are going somewhere else. DO NOT do it. and they charge $400 per pet including fish. and they will find a way to keep all of it

We tried to rent from Reider but got nothing but attitude when we walked into the office. We left and rented from Hunter Rentals, can you believe it got to be worse. We moved into a home they rented and the place had a slew of cosmetic and electrical issues that were wrong with it which they promised to fix. We have been there for 10 months and we are still trying to get the original things fixd much less the new things that hve now gone wrong. The office staff is very rude and slow to responed to concernes of their tenants but are quick to threaten eviction if you violate and minisule part of your lease as so they do not have to address the issue. Any one dealing with this company should beware of these things and if you can avoid it find yourself a more reputable company.
