Laserwash of Central Texas

It's a shame they don't have a NEGATIVE STAR rating. I feel as though I'm misrepresenting this establishment by placing even ONE star next to the name.Please be aware that my opinion is not based on one visit. We gave them many opportunities to redeem their reputation. But time and again they held firm. Cont. to provide what possibly could be called the WORST cust. svc. I've EVER received ANYWHERE!! Add to that, each and every time, I LEFT WITH A DIRTY CAR?!This place is within walking distance to our house, so we kept our hopes up that eventually the service wld improve and we'd actually leave with a "clean" car. But, after this Saturday I just don't think I can bring myself to EVER go back. I don't have enough room left to explain what happened. Read "part II" where I will explain how it felt when the owner told me "My money BIG, Your money...small"! in response to asking him for my $$ back after the carwash failed to start! All he had to do was pull $9 out of his pocket?
