My husband and I recently bought a white 2015 Frontier Nissan truck from Patriot and is very happy and satisfied. Our sales person was professional, courteous and efficient. The overall staff was friendly and supportive.
We intend to do our automobile shopping with them in the future.

I needed new wiper blades for both my vehicles since its fall and I know we'll have some bad weather coming. I was lucky enough to get a sales rep who explained what they have. He gave me the price scale from cheapest to most expensive. I believe his name was Jared. Anyways after him taking his time with me I made my choice for both my truck and car. He never rushed me and his explaining was easy and to the point. I wish more sales reps were like him.

Our experience with Patriot GMC Sales/ Parts and Financial has been amazing. Needless to say Service is absolutely horrible. We had been looking at a 2019 GMC 2500 for some time. Called the dealership and the first salesperson that I had the pleasure of working with was Tara Bennett. Working out of town, our schedules are crazy so she walked us through the process over the telephone!

A few days later, I called Patriot GMC and wanted to order parts. Parts Department at Patriot GMC had been great. After speaking to Parts, he transferred me to Service, I had informed him that I had just ordered a set of Mud Flaps for my new truck and that I needed to know how this process worked with them being installed. I asked if it would be possible to do a walk in or if I needed an appointment? He informed me that it would be better to have an appointment because walk ins were on a first come first serve basis. I let him know that I would be giving him a call in a few days to set up an appointment to have the mud flaps installed due to me being out of town at the time. Two days later I called Patriot GMC Service once again to set up that appointment and I was informed by service that he told me to be there early to have them installed. I was not given an option for an appointment. The following day, I arrived at the dealership at 07:01 am, where I was not greeted at my vehicle, and when I came through the door I barely got a greeting of the day. I told service that I was there for my mud flaps to be installed. He asked for my key and took down my phone number. At that point there was no more information given. This is my first time at this dealership with this vehicle, I have no understanding of their service or how this all works, so as I am pacing the dealership I walk back to the service counter and notice that they are greeting another customer at their vehicle???? INTERESTING! Once he was complete with that customer I inquired about the services that Patriot GMC offers for drop off and pick up. I was informed that currently they did not have one available and that he could let me know when it was. I then inquired about other services that they offer due to this being the first time I have used Patriot Service for this vehicle (Something I figure should be told to me as a new customer). After hearing a very brief description of services, I informed him of an issue that I am having that I would like to have looked at. He said that he would look into see if there had been any other issues in the past, but also said that I might need to test drive another vehicle to see if it does it too????
At this point I spoke with the Sales Manager about the issue and he immediate looked into it, brought it to the attention of the Service Manager and made me feel as if the problem was being looked into.
Fast forward a few hours and service comes to me with a document, places it on the table and with no explanation other than “he was not wanting to bother his technician while he was working on the truck”. As I read the document that was not explained to me by anyone in the service department it stated that the issue I am having has already been addressed and it is common. Service then informed me that my truck was done, with no explanation if they checked the headlights, or even addressed the situation other than the paper that was placed in front of me. I was not even informed where my vehicle was located. As I take my bill to the Parts Counter to pay, there was a misunderstanding between Parts and Service and my bill was incorrect. When addressed parts was happy to help, and instead of apologizing for the error/ inconvenience I get an unfriendly glare from the service department as I leave the building and parking lot.
We will not be using the Patriot GMC Service Department, and everyone with a GMC I know I have informed of my unpleasant experience.

Beware of patriot Buick GMC of Killeen, the worse service department, I took my vehicle a hummer H2 couple months ago for a water leak in cab they told me that the drain hoses were gloc so they flush them and I pay them for the labor, a few days pass and we had a bad storm when I got in to the vehicle the leak was worse than before was pouring water in the all cab so I took it back so they can see it the water has mess up temporally all the electronic components include the GPS and radio, I end up leaving it there, after 2 days they told me that the water this time was coming between the 3 center light markers seals are bad bet they don't have just the seals I will have to replace the all lights I end up paying over $400 dollars and gave me the warranty that won't leak anymore. We have a lot rain this weeken when I got in the vehicle again was leaking, took it back right away now they are telling me the that I need to replace the ouside light and be over $400 again for 3rd time.

Buyers beware!!! We drove all the way from San Antonio because their salesman emailed us a price on a new GMC Yukon XL only to get the old bait and switch when we sat down to purchase the vehicle. The price they quoted us (in writing) BEFORE we drove to the dealership was $5000.00 less than the price they tried to sell it for after we drove over 2 hours to get there. Their sales team is very unprofessional and they do NOT care about their customers. Don't buy from them! They won't honor what they quote over the phone and in writing!!! They are LIARS!!! If I could give zero stars I would!

I am modifying my review of this establishment due to a call from the dealer. They politely pointed out a few things where I was wrong. There was trash in vehicle, but it was left from Firestone, not from them. My battery bolts were stripped out, but there's no way to know who is responsible for over tightening them. My only complaint is that the hourly rates are pricey. They use a time guide for rates at approximately $115/hr. He explained this is how mechanics have done this for 20 years. I'm not a fan of that system, but it is what it is. Just beware that the pricing will be considerably high for most services.

I bought a Yukon at Patriot a couple days ago. This was after doing lots of research online first and Patriot had the best price. Plus Tony was a great salesman who did not play games and try to pressure you into something. Will definitely look for Tony again next time.
