The carrier for Sunday deliveries left a parcel on top of my mailbox on our road for anyone to come by and claim on their own. Too lazy to drop at my door. Poor, poor service!

WORST PO ever!!! They have no accountability for the carriers who mis-deliver 40% of our mail. I've reached out to the post master and over a year later I'm still having the same issues. The GROSS NEGLIGENCE is unbelievable, and NO ONE is held accountable and apparently nothing is being done. I'm filing a BBB complaint and hope for better training for their personnel. Ben Franklin would be so disappointed.

They need to hire mail carriers that know how to read and do their job. My mail box is plainly marked with the address and names living in the home . My mail ends up all over the place and I end up with everyone else's mail. We live in a trailer park and he tends to just throw the mail in our landlords yard over the fence . Worst mail carriers ever!!!

Worst place ever, they steal, lie about there carriers, cut phones off so you can't call them back, rude, don't send your mail through here,, now known as Copper Mountain, doesn't deserve a star, HORRIBLE

The Copper Mountain post office in Killeen is awful. I have had a package and a letter containing a money order either mis-delivered or stolen by someone in the last two weeks. The phone number is constantly busy. I went down there personally on Saturday, June 29 to inquire about my missing mail, and was given a run-around story about how the regular carrier was out during the week of June 20, 2013. The supervisor, Melvin, told me that the regular carrier would be back this week and that they would contact me after speaking to him. They have a carrier who is stealing or misplacing mail and they don't seem to care.

my mail carrier is the worst in the world! she doesnt like to bring packages to ur house that need to be signed for. she also steals things that are in the mail. the supervisor doesnt do anything to stop her either. they nneed to shut this office down.

This place is horrible, phone number is correct but has had a busy signal for days. The workers and the supervisor, have a reputation for being rude and lazy.....thus adding new meaning to the word 'postal' and more frustrating is that we had to give this place a 1 star rating in order to post this review.

I was raised in a military family and have lived all over the world with them as well as my husband who is also in the military and I have NEVER had such horrible experiences with a post office! We have lived here only 9 months and I have already had two packages gone missing (that delivery confirmation says were delivered but I never received); received the key to a parcel box that contained someone else's packages (and that I subsequently had to track down to give their packages back to them) two times in less than two months; had a package I sent that I had delivery confirmation and insurance on (for $120) get sent to the wrong city and state;and on a near-daily basis we receive someone else's mail. I have complained to USPS headquarters as well as the local headquarters here in Killeen and only have had one issue resolved so far out of all the problems I had--they were able to locate and deliver a package to me 5 days AFTER delivery confirmation said that it was delivered to my house. If I could, I would avoid having this post office as the place my mail goes through. I am nervous every time I hear that someone sent something to me via USPS because I never know if it will get to me or not and I have stopped using this post office completely to send packages and instead only use UPS. If you can, STAY AWAY from this post office!

This place doesn't even deserve a star but its the only option. The supervisor here is horrible, doesn't have a clue about customer service or nor does he have the decency to even care if you have a problem, only wants to get paid for nothing is what it seems. If you have to speak with anyone there avoid the supervisor because all he will do is what makes his job easier even if the expense is making your life harder. Just flat out LAZY, I don't know how he was even hired for the job no wonder usps is having problems.

Horrible post office!!! I called and complained about my mail carrier always putting our mail in someone elses box at least once a week this happend for a span of a year. Called copper mountain and spoke with the supervisor there and all he could say was that my mail carrier is doing the best he can. I mean how can he be doing the best he can he was hired to put mail in a box how in the world is that difficult is what I told the supervisor after many goverment documents was mailed to me that I never recieved and the guy gave me an attitude and hung up!!! I tried calling him back at least 30 times but the supervisor took the phone off the hook all through the entire day. Horrible customer service, Horrible mail service, alot of those people just seem like they just want to get paid for doing an absolute horrendous job. Avoid this post office at all cost!!

I would tell them to avoid this place if at all possible. Go FedEx or UPS. My mail carrier is just plain lazy. She refuses to get out of her vehicle. When I complained (4 times) she told them I had a dog. My dog passed away over a year ago, thanks for reminding me of my pain. Apparently, If you have ever owned a dog, she doesn't have to deliver packages anymore. She is just a lazy worker taking her piece of government cheese. I'm angry. She and the others like her is why the USPS is in soooo much trouble. UPS/FedEX is faster, on time and friendly.

Everytime I go to this post office Im there at least an hourr. The service is slow at best. They never have more than two cashiers. This post office is in a military town meaning it should be able to handle higher volume! Please avoid if possible. This PO brings new meaning to why people "go postal"
