Wagging Tails Dog Grooming

My dog got a very bad rash and some kind of eue infection, i know things happens and my dog got all his vaccines. Im Looking for anybody which have had a pet in this business and when thru the same experience.....

I have loved in killeen ally life and have always owned dogs. Wagging tails treats my dog with love. He is actually excited to go. Great and fast service. They even dig sit for me. I will only take my pets here. Highly recommend

Wagging tail pet sitting ,I do not recommend this place they charge you a lot they give you a prize and then when they finish with your dog they changed the price , they Old lady Who works there has a bad attitude and they are not professional. I recommend you if you going to spend that kind of money to go to a better place that your dog feel like he was at home , safe and with no fear , when I came there to pick him up ,my dog was fearlessness he was shaking . Worst place ever ������������

I have taken my dog to this place maybe six times. I just love the way he smells and stays smelling good for about two weeks. My dog gets very excited when he goes to the groomer probably due to him being treated so well when at East Lake. I was told after the second visit that he's too hyper n doesn't stay still and how hard it is to groom him. So when I call its only for a bath and that's it, because honestly the few times he has had a cut from them I was not pleased at all (uneven, didn't file his nails, and shaved his balls to close that they were red for over a week). Even after knowing these things the only reason I continued going there was because of the products they use! About a week ago I called and asked if they had time to give him a bath and they said as long as its a bath cause we're busy, so I ensured them a bath was it. Once I got there @ 8 he wasn't even on the schedule until the daughter came out and said oh yea it's just a bath and for the first time pet him and said he's so sweet. They called me shortly after 915 to say he was ready ( figured they would cause they are not very pet friendly to all, so hurry up and get this happy hyper dog outta here) I didn't leave a tip because he was not completely dry n still had debri in his coat. I do not care for the bandanas they put on so I took it off of him and the mom said oh you don't want this and I said no, so she yanked it off the counter and said well we can put this on another dog. Then as I am walking out she says don't come back. I told her I no problem we won't be returning. They come off really nice in the beginning but as soon as you critique them its a different story.

My groomer left the area and I took my dogs there. When I first started taking my pets there they said that they would charge me what my old groomer charged but later changed their minds. The family is a nice family and will take good care of your dog. I only deducted the star because they changed the price on me.
