Al's Garage & Auto Body

I've been dealing with Al's Garage for years and have always had excellent service both with my personal vehicles as well as our professional fleet at work. Jamie has always greeted us with fantastic customer service, has helped with frustrating insurance processes, billing and a plethora of other things. The guys in the shop are always on top of what needs to be done. They are always polite and efficient and I've have never had to take a vehicle back because it wasn't repaired right the first time. Mark, the owner, is in the shop everyday and makes sure what goes out the door is right. He truly believes that what leaves his shop has his name and reputation on the line. Having a garage that actually cares about it's customers and wants them to return is a dying breed and it's refreshing to see one here in King George.

Office staff gave us instructions on where to put our vehicle and them lied and blamed us for it getting stuck. Shop never offered to help us get it out and when we advised we would be bring another vehicle to pull it out we were told to make sure to not tear up the grass. Office person then got nasty and hung up on us. We will definately never use this shop again.
