Expo Suzuki

I went and got finance after trying at 4 other dealers told me no I went there and was shocked to see how professional and easily I was approved, I will say this if you are planning on visiting go see Jimmy he does finance and is the best I have ever seen he has gotten my mom, brother, and 2 coworkers vehicles, Very professional and to the point... Put it bluntly he gets job done

Please do not use these scammers I received a call from Angel who told me I was preapproved I didn't have to put any money up.I confirmed it before I left drove 2 hours to only find out that I needed a 2500.00 down payment. Totally ridiculous I explained to Carlos that I was mislead and thinking he was honest which he wasn't he h kept me there for almost 4 hours talking to different sales reps and trying to persuade me to get a co signer. Here, I am thinking I will be riding off today I started to notice everybody in there was doing the same thing .They had about 5 ppl in there all who were brought in on the same scamming television commercial 88 which is a total lie.There was one sales rep that was there who greeted us outside and I also spoke to him over the phone. He was the only honest one in there he told us the truth that it was a hoax to get us in there he later got very upset and quit the same day.This was an experience I will never forget.

i have never had a bad experience at kingwood suzuki with anyone. the salesmans are outstanding and will go above and beyond to get you what you want.i have got 6 vehicles here and i would buy another one if had too. the guys are aways polite and understanding . they also work hard to get you the payments you need. if you want to be treated right go to kingwood suzuki.

They are beyond the most un-helpful group ever!! Hope no one needs help on weekend, even Saturday, because it doesn't exist.

COMPLAINT



I received a flyer from Expo Suzuki, that I had won 1 of 7 items.



I went to the dealership to claim my prize. What followed, is one of the most unpleasant experiences I have ever had in my 69 years.



A total of 3 guys came out to interview me. The first 2, managed to get all my personal information. When it became clear, I was not there to buy anything, they sent out the 3rd guy, who was a viscious barracuda type. He was clearly there to alienate me, so I would not get anything and would walk out. ( which I eventually did). He played me like a violin !



He insisted I to go thru “complete registration”, which included looking at cars and watching a 20 minute video. He was insulting, rude, brash and arrogant.



In small print on the flyer, is said…..you had to “complete registration”………Why should that involve looking at cars ??



There is a severe “truth in advertising” issue here.

It appears that “deceit” reigns supreme at this business and I would not trust to buy anything from them at all.

The abosolute WORST Dealership I have EVER dealt with, from Sales to Service, we were consistently disappointed for the 4 years we owned our Suzuki. Service could never solved the issues we had with our vehicle and it always took WEEKS for the parts to come in. It was literally a fight every step of the way to get the MANY issues we had with our vehicle taken care of while we had our Suzuki. We have traded in... or traded UP I should say... to an American made product. Don't believe their 5-star rating nonesense - they make you promise to fill out the survey giving them the highest rating - it's a bunch of mess. I've never been more ready to get rid of a vehicle than I was the Suzuki I bought from this place!!! If you're smart you'll steer clear of this dealership. I promise you - you'll be sorry if you don't!

buyer beware, this business is a crook. i have insurance refund checks there and they refuse to release them to me. had to get an attorney. stay away go to a different dealership. they do not even deserve 1 star but it made me rate any ways,
