        I went to this place in December 2010 to have my oil and transmission flushed and changed using my own Royal Purple fluids that I brought in. Today, March 3, 2011, I drove my SUV to work and when I got out of my vehicle, it smelled like something under the hood was burning so I checked my oil levels and to my surprise, there was NO oil in my vehicle! NONE!!! I now look forward to very expensive repais and have to find a way to get oil in my car without driving to get the necessary oil replacement. I have never had any oil stains or drips in my driveway or in my parking space at work. This means that the oil I brought in was never added to my vehicle. The plug is still intact and no leaks anywhere under the vehicle.
        I warn anyone who want to use this place... DO NOT GO HERE! If you want things done right, do them yourself! If you can't do it, then ask someone you personally know to help you!

We would appreciate it if you would call us to discuss this issue, as the last record we have of your vehicle being in our shop was 2009 when we installed a fuel filter.

        And yet she does not tell you she prob went over the rec milage for that oil. But she only point fingers to blame the little guys. Maybe car royal purple and tge manufacturers of the vec and do some research. This place is one of the best oil shop in south east tx.
