        I am extremely mad about my experience with Safelite AutoGlass. I went there yesterday to replace the windshield of my 2022 Tiguan. Today, I noticed that the headliner console is broken. They used black glue to cover the damage and didn't inform us about the issue. Now my headliner console is broken. This is unacceptable and clearly due to their negligence. I expect them to replace the damaged headliner console. I strongly advise others to avoid Safelite AutoGlass to prevent such frustrating experiences.

        **UPDATE**

        My wife went on Tuesday to see what they were going to do. They applied more glue, and the technician claimed he did not break the piece. We informed them that the car is new and this was the first time we replaced the windshield, and that part was not damaged when we arrived. They assured my wife that they would replace the part and would call her the next day with an update. Today is Friday and we have not received a single call or email, and the piece is literally hanging. Unacceptable.

        **Further Update**

        New pictures of the damages two weeks after the windshield replacement. We called customer service and they said they had ordered the part, but we have not received any calls, texts, or even an email. I am never going to use this company again. The company I work for uses Safelite to replace our vans' windshields, and I am going to make sure we don't use them again.
