Best, fastest, most honest service! For the first time, when it comes to electronics and technology (of any kind), I've finally met a person that is quick to diagnose and, most importantly, honest. Fran offered to replace the mobo, gave me a price based on her research for a replacement, but told me up front that she was waiting on an email back from the supplier to be certain it was the one I needed. She could not give me a definite time that she would know the answer, and already knew the situation I was in to get it fixed ASAP. So, without hesitation, she recommended that I send it back in to the manufacturer to repair. That is good business ethics! Manny F

Working with Fran was a true pleasure. Fast friendly and very reasonably priced computer repair. She was very easy to work with and answered all of my questions. I considered getting a whole new computer, she was helpful even though it wouldnt have benefitted her. I chose to have her repair my computer and couldnt be more pleased as it is like brand new.

I am extremely satisfied with the services offered. I had a broken monitor that had a part in it that could not be replaced because the piece was discontinued so she fixed the piece that was broken inside the monitor and now it works great. when I got home I had to call her back because my monitor would not connect to my computer so she came out to see what was wrong and found out that my graphics card has a problem connecting to the monitor with the cord that I originally used to plug it up and that I need to contact the graphics card company but she found another way to get it working through a hdmi cord. I was only charged for my original problem having my monitor fixed. Highly recommended by me if someone has any computer problems or repairs that need to be taken care of. Jeremy

Better than Expected My power supply needed replacing. My threshold for repair vs. replace was $200. Fran picked up my computer at 10:30, it was fixed and in perfect working order by 12:30. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Assist ing in setting up new computer, clearing old one, etc. Extremely knowledgeable, most personable and pleasant , understanding all issues and completes, a delight to be with. I cannot say enough about Fran. She is so very kind to me and fortunate to have met her. I am grateful for her help and patience, but most of all her friendship. Whatever the expense is for Fran to help me, I definitely want to make certain she is rewarded.
