Lesh's Dog Grooming

Well let me start out by saying at first I was impressed:)..... Being a business owner myself I know just how important customer service is and how it can make or break a company! I believe in treating people the way you would want to be treated, this is why I'm giving this a "slight" one star!! I would like to start out by saying I live one hour and fifteen minutes from this groomer, but for a Good, quality groomer I will make the time!! I dropped my baby off at 9:00 a.m was suppose to go back to pick her up around 12:00, then they said 3:00. I patiently left her shop at 9:00 p.m with still an hour plus to get home ( as she was WAY overbooked and she had an employee that didn't show!!! My dog did look nice, but not for an ALL day event....but I tried to understand paid her and kindly even added a nice tip!!! Well the next appt. was four weeks out " so that is I make this two and a half hour drive EVERY four weeks " as a business owner myself" that's a really good client!!! My next appt was at 12:00 & it was Not my day " kinda like the one she was having when I waited from 9 til 9" my car has a problem, then my dog gets car sick in our way:( SO I'm 40 min late:( I know my bad..., but hey we ALL have those days right??? Well I walk in and as she is answering the phone she is shaking her head at me like NO... I wait for her to chew her food and get off the phone... She then tells me she can't take us because we are late and that would put her having to work over until 8:00. Don't forget I WAITED til 9:00 p.m in her.. And it's 12:45.. I explain to her what happened and she says I'll try and work you in tomorrow:/ ..... But I just drive an HOUR and a half & have to turn around with my car sick dog and start the long drive back home!!!! SORRY MY time is JUST as important as yours!!!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE will BITE you!!!! P.s I would never myself or Any of my employees at any of our five Knoxville locations treat a customer like that FOR without them I wouldn't have a business!!!! DONT LET IT BITE YA I will NOT be back!!!

Doggie heaven. The beautiful well-bred well-groomed dogs hang out and wander around together in a very friendly way. The dog I recently found at Y-W. has terrible separation anxiety. But he didn't even notice me leaving him for his appointment.

The horrible matted mess (inoculated to the hilt and bug-free) I brought in was so perfectly groomed at first I said "that's not him". I am still not used to him looking like

a beautiful little poodle.
