Flora West CMI FAAM is a Master Artist in the art of permanent makeup, her daughter Brandi Jones has worked with her mother as a Senior Permanent Cosmetic Artist and laser technician 11 of the 27 years Flora has had the Permanent Cosmetic and laser center in East Tennessee. The two of them are both Board Certified artists, certified by the American Academy of Micropigmentation. Flora is also a Board Certified Instructor as well.
