Very Poor customer service and communication, took my Camaro to have a spoiler installed and quoted one day. They have had my car for 8 days!!! No phone calls no follow-up no communication. I had to call them every day to be told it would be ready. They don't return phone calls nor do they call when they say they will. I should have looked at the online reviews because they already described exactly what we are going through now.

A Must try place. I Never wrote any yelp review yet but this place made me write something good about them. I had my lexus Rx300's tailgate was not opening up. I went to 3 different auto repair shop but all of them referred me to go to Lexus dealer and couple of others asked $100 just to investigate.
Lexus dealer took $130 to investigate the issue and gave me estimation of $780 to fix that. I just thought to try Maaco as last option as they give free estimation before I gave it to lexus dealer.
Shawn was the guy who fixed it without replacing any part and charged me just an hour of labor. He also fixed a small other issue at free of cost.
Shawn was very knowledgeable and honest mechanic ever saw. This place definitely deserve appreciation for the amazing work they did for me.
I am not sure if everyone has similar experience here that I had but I would suggest to try them once or atleast get estimation from them.
Maaco repaired my 2015 Ram 2500. The company did an excellent job at a fair price. In fact, its estimate was less than half the estimate I had received from one of Columbus's "best!" The Manager, Matt Armitage is a terrific guy and was very helpful. I would recommend this business to anyone.
Awesome work! Great manager and employees. No job to big or to small. Gets things done right the first time so customers don't have to return.
Wow, Wow, Wow. So impressed. We had gotten 4 quotes to fix a rust problem on my car, all around the $2,000-$3,000 range. Maaco came back with an $895 estimate. They also forewarned us that it is possible they might break the windshield due to where the rust was and that would be another $175.
I was a little sketched out leaving my keys in the drop box after hours. The box could have easily been opened with a pry bar, and we were not in the nicest part of town. I would suggest if you are going to drop your car off, be sure to do it when they]re open and avoid this added stress.
3 days later, they fixed the problem ahead of schedule AND $100 under the estimate!! The results are awesome, the windshield was not broken, and I could not be happier.
Great refreshment not for me but for my car! I was then here at the first time and great kind of joy and for a cheap price is as well of good and not to be here.They found out my problem and got the good solution by the person as well.Highly recommend this one and be to satisfy over their whole activities as so. I will be come back here.
After purchasing a car that clearly needed a full paint job, I priced checked at a few auto shops around Columbus and Maaco's price was over a thousand dollars cheaper than any other quotes I received. I was a little skeptical, but went through with it and was so happy with the results! They matched the paint color perfectly and my car looks good as new. They also pointed out other dents I could get fixed, but when I said I just wanted a paint job they were not pushy whatsoever. Overall it was a great value because I saved a ton of money and my car looks great, and I would highly recommend for an affordable paint job!
