At Accurate they have knowledgeable staff and their mechanics are factory trained, so they know what they are doing. Their labor rate is much better than the dealer's.

They are honest and do great w...

They are honest and do great work. I always feel they are looking out for me and never want to do anything but what has to be done to my car. Whenever I would go to Gary Force or other Acura or Honda Dealers for service I always felt they were looking for any work they could bill me for. And they way over charge. If you don't know about Accurate Automotive you should.

Very poor customer relations! Buyer beware! Overpriced.

I am looking for a new car and this independent dealer had a car I was looking for. When I arrived, the sales team was less than excited to welcome me. After not listening to a single thing I said, I asked to specifically see the vehicle I was interested in. It was not as good as the advertisement with many scuffs and scrapes. The salesperson immediately took the defensive when I mentioned a few problems, insinuating that I didn't know what I was talking about. We took a test drive. Within 2minutes several problems were noticed and conveyed to the salesperson. They denied anything was wrong and again implied I didn't know what I was talking about. I ended test drive and returned to lot. Then the two sales persons started in on me. Wow! How rude and very unprofessional. They then told me car was underpriced (not true) and if I bought it first, then problems would probably sort themselves out. Seriously? Then they told me that vehicle had not sold in 8months. With that attitude, it does not surprise me at all. Very disappointing. Buyer beware.
