Bob Rohrman Subaru

I would not recommend this Subaru dealer to anyone. I went there to purchase a car and it went great until the buying process. They gave us half of what could be expected on our trade in however when they could tell that we would be leaving they doubled their offer. We went back to look at how much they were asking for the truck and they were selling it for $7,000 over the original price they offered us. They also weren't ready for us when we arrived at the scheduled pickup time: we ended up waiting for an hour past our pickup time. Our salesperson didn't seem to know what she was doing and seemed confused at times. I'm very frustrated with their lack of customer service. Subaru cars are excellent and that is why I was there buy I wish I would have gone to a different Subaru dealer. When we were leaving they even asked us to give them 10s on all of the reviews once we received the review in the mail. They said that they know that we didn't have a great experience here but they still think that they deserve 10s because it helps them in the long run.
