        Daughter at Purdue called home in a panic SATURDAY morning with Power seat stuck all the way forward...not good when she's almost 6 feet tall and planned to visit her best friend in Illinois over the weekend!



        Called owner (Frank), and he calmly said he'd be glad to get her on the road, if he could, offered direction to the shop, assured me he's close to the campus. Daughter's (short) friend kindly drove the '04 Pacifica to the shop,



        Frank quickly provided a fix, and asked my daughter to return a short time later to test the seat adjustment for safety. CAR TECH got the needed emergency repairs done FAST and Frank was kind enough to let Dad (me) pay the bill over the phone AND gave us a heck of a deal price-wise... CAR TECH is now my go-to shop when in Purdue area!!!!
